revive_check

During the revive span, this script is executed regularly to update the list of the good users so far.

1. Check the web server log file(s) against the list of users who have not yet responded. Remove those from the "still to respond" list that have turned up in the logs since the last revive_check and thus have accessed the page. Add those users to the "already responded" list.

2. For each user added to the "already responded" list, send out a confirmation e-mail noticing them of the successful revive process.
