revive_postcycle

The specification of this script is considered NOT final. Previous implementation was very loose and only the general idea for this script is formed.

Executed after the end of a revive cycle, i.e. the revive span has expired. Here go all site-specific customizations. The postcycle script has three sections:

1. General: Code in this section is always executed after a revive cycle.

2. Good users: Code in this section should be appropriate for good users, i.e. those who have responded and is executed once for each of those users.

3. Bad users: Code in this section should be appropriate for bad users, i.e. those who have not responded to the e-mail. Code is executed once for each of those users.
